Freedom more or less
Sir, — J. B. Sanderson’s cynical view of freedom (May 27) at once perlexes and concerns me. The discourse on the right to oppose freedom is amusing to say the most, and yet this person is quite entitled to exposure and public ridicule. As far as those of us who oppose sexism, racism, South Africa etc., and wish to support the poor, unemployed homosexual, or anti-vivisectionist are concerned, for people like J. B. Sanderson, if the cap fits, wear it. — Yours, etc., ROBERT TRUEMAN, Seddon. May 27. 1985.
