MECHANICAL ENGINEER Responsibility is for mechanical engineering with particular emphasis on proposed capital development projects. This will include feasibility studies. Board submissions and project management for approvals covering specifying, cost control, critical path programming and contract administration. A minimum of 5 years' engineering experience encompassing combustion systems, process industry or sawmill equipment is essential. Minimum educational requirement is a BE or NZCE in Mechanical Engineering ELECTRICAL ENGINEER The appointee will be required to fulfill an Electrical Engineering design function with particular emphasis on process design and control systems and will include feasibility studies and project management responsibility. A minimum of 5 years' engineering experience in a process control environment including familiarity with PLCs and a knowledge of computer systems is essential. Minimum educational requirement is a BE or NZCE in Electrical Engineering. These positions are of major importance as each appointee will be expected to take a leading role in developing engineering management expertise and positively influencing the direction of the organisation.
