Remand on murder count
PA Wellington A man, aged 40, accused of the murder of Judith Ellen Ryan, was remanded to Porirua Hospital for a medical examination when he appeared in the District Court at Lower Hutt yesterday. Larry Vernon Ryan, a truck driver of Wainuiomata, will appear in court again on April 2. Mrs Ryan died after an incident at a power board depot in Lower Hutt on Monday.
