Dispute settled?
PA Wellington Watersiders at Mount Maunganui will consider this morning a compromise which could end a weeklong dispute at the Port of Tauranga. Representatives of the National Association of Waterfront Employers and the Waterside Workers’ Federation agreed on a compromise over the number of men assigned to work a hatch, which is the cause of the dispute.
