Bus crash kills 50
NZPA-AFP-APOporto, Portugal About 50 people were feared killed and many injured in a collision yesterday between a passenger train and a bus at a railway crossing at Torronhos, about 15km east of Oporto, in northern Portugal, reported Agence France Presse. According to initial reports, the bus, laden with workers, was in the middle of the crossing when it was hit by the train. It was carried for several hundred metres and virtually destroyed.
