PA Wellington Lance Cooper, of Wellington, and Steven Wren, of Christchurch, have lost their second-round games in the world junior squash championships being held in Calgary, Canada. Cooper lost to R. Owen (England), the third seed, 4-
9, 0-9, 9-7, 0-9, and Wren lost to G. Waite (Canada), 2-9, 09, 5-9. Plate results: Mark Tapsell (Auckland), beat F. Sheikh (U.S.) 10-9, 9-4, 9-0; Tapsell lost to S. Son! (Canada) 9-6, 6-9, 7-9, 10-8, 8-10; Elliott Jones (Wellington) beat R. Rubin (U.S.) 9-2, 9-1, 9-2; Jones beat F. Fischer (Germany) 9-2, 9-3, 9-0.
