‘War’ update
The Izona “Band War” is into its second week at the Gladstone Tavern, and three bands have been found to contest this Saturday’s final. Five bands from the first series of heats contested the first semi-final on Saturday, and the successful bands to go through to the final were Wayward Witches, Monitor, and Under The Rug. The two unlucky bands were Audio Sane and Keff-
lines. In addition, the Milky Bar Blues Band was the winner of the first heat on Monday evening, and they, with the winners of the remaining heats, will contest the second semi-final tomorrow evening. Two bands will be chosen from this semi-final to join the three bands from the first semi-final in Saturday’s final night.
