Marrying in pricey style
NZPA-Reuter Vancouver A Canadian couple who want to marry in style hope to rent Vancouver’s 60,000seat domed stadium for the ceremony — but they have only 10 days to find the $16,000 fee.
So Victor-Paul Magnusson and Kathleen Lufts started a fund-raising . campaign which includes plans to charge their friends and relations for attending the ceremony. If any of the money raised is left over after the wedding, the couple plan to give it to charity.
