Blown rubbish
Sir,— Why cannot the Christchurch City Council prevent its rubbish from blowing across the countryside? The Bexley-Dyers-Breezes Road traffic .roundabout is draped in garbage, particularly after a nor-wester.—Yours, etc., BIDDY POLLARD. February 23, 1984.
