Muricata Miss wins in 1:59.9
Muricata Miss, a rather unlucky third at Motukarara last Saturday, entered the two minute list when she won the Max Bowden Standardbred Stakes.
After being wide for the last 700 m, Muricata Miss responded well for Richard Brosnan to win by almost two lengths in Imin 59.9. Delark, which appeared to have every chance, held on for second ahead of the fast-finishing Rapid Lustre. Rosewood Dream made ground to shade the pacemaker, Rosy Dawn, for fourth.
