Sir, — Your correspondent completely misses, perhaps conveniently, the point I raised — a plea for dignity. I would remind her of a recent editorial in which the board was chastised for “a petulant display with little to do with the running of passengers’ services... ” It is time th|j residents were
served by an apolitical body of people concerned more for the continued efficient running of a well-managed operation than by political point-scorers. — Yours, etc.,
