KAIAPOI BOROUGH COUNCIL PROPOSED REVOCATION OF PART OF RESERVE - KIRK STREET PUBLIC Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977 of Council’s intention to apply tor revocation of-part of the Kirk Street Reserve, being Lot 90 DP 29975 and Lot 166 DP 40556. The grounds for the application are: (1) That part of the land is surplus to the needs of the area In that there are adjacent areas developed and available for development. (2) That the finance so derived from any sale of the property can be better applied to the acquisition of more land better suited and situated • with respect to the whole of the Borough.
