Gas officers elected
PA New Plymouth The Gas Association has elected Mr Edward Williams, of Palmerston North, president at its annual meeting in New Plymouth. He succeeds Mr Lloyd Brown, of Wellington. The Gas Institute has elected Mr Ross Parkes, of Auckland, as president to succeed Mr Eric Mossop, of New Plymouth. The institute's Horrocks gold medal for technical advancement was awarded this year to Mr Peter Spackman, of Wellington, technical services manager of Transgas Services. Ltd.
