Harry Miller on ‘leave’
NZPA Sydney The New Zealand-born entrepreneur. Harry M. Miller, had his second day leave from jail yesterday. Miller was seen leaving Cessnock Prison at 8 a.m. yesterday. He got into a car with his wife. He is believed to have spent the day with
relatives at Gosford, north of Sydney. Miller was found guilty on April 30 last year of five charges involving the fraudulent misappropriation of sAust72B,ooo. On May 7 he was sentenced to three years jail with a 10-month non-parole period.
