Price complaints dismissed
PA Wellington Ninety-six per cent of price freeze complaints investigated in the week to November 17 were dismissed, said the Department of Trade and Industry. It said that investigations into 97 complaints were finished that week, and in 93
cases the prices were found to be in order. During the same week, the department received 100 complaints. The main categories were for groceries (37), liquor (seven), fees for services (six) and cosmetics or hairdressing (six).
