Seized calendars
Sir,—ln reply to V. S. Paul (Noveriiber 22) inquiring as to the reason for calendars and books featuring female nude bodies being freely available and not those featuring full frontal male nudes, ,1 would like to offer a few suggestions. (1) Men, poor things, being the weaker sex, have two main appetites: The other is their food. (2) Men, poor things, being the weaker sex, have need of stimulation, like Old Cecil, the reluctant ram of Fodtrot Flats fame. (3) Men, poor things, being the weaker sek, must feed their egos by humiliating women. (4) Strangely enough the world is still run by men, and yes, I bet the Customs officers are all* male. Maybe their bodies don’t compare too well with those fine specimens on the calendars. Oh shame! Seriously though,'blame the law — male made? — Yours, etc.,
