Chileans to play in S.A.
NZPA ■ Johannesburg A Chilean rugby team will tour South Africa next year but will not be playing the Springboks, said Dr Danie Craven, president of the South African Rugby Board, in Johannesburg yesterday. “We were approached by the Chileans, who were keen
to visit South Africa," Dr Craven said. No final arrangements have yet been made for the tour. “We have seen some of the Chilean players in South Africa, and I believe that rugby in Chile and Uruguay has improved very much in the last two years." he said.
