Brawl victim 'critical’
PA Wellington An Upper Hutt man, Mr Norman Campbell, is in a critical condition in Wellington Hospital’s intensive care unit while Palmerston North detectives continue to search for his attackers. Mr Campbell, aged 25, suffered severe head injuries when he was hit with a piece of timber outside a Palmerston North hotel on Saturday night. Detectives said yesterday that they had interviewed witnesses and a number of people involved in the brawl.
