Knife incidents in Auckland
PA Auckland Two persons were stabbed in separate incidents in the Auckland area at the weekend. A North Shore youth, aged 16. required surgery after being stabbed with a pocketknife. At Mangere a man needed hospital treatment after he was attacked by his de facto wife at a party. The police said the first incident occurred in a shopping mall' at Glenfield. A youth stabbed another in the
stomach with a big pocketknife. A youth will appear in the Children and Young Persons Court tomorrow charged with wounding with intent to cause grievious bodily harm and carrying an offensive weapon. A woman will appear in ' the District Court at Otahuhu , tomorrow in connection with the incident at the Mangere party. She has been charged with assault with intent to injure. The man was not seriouslv .hurt.
