PA Wellington The Drivers' Federation advocate. Mr R. J. Campbell, said yesterday that he believed the Prime Minister. Mr Muldoon, might change his mind about the Government’s, footing part of - the federation's legal fees. Mr Muldoon was reported on Saturday as saying he had not considered the Government's- paying some of the fees incurred by the federation's challenge to the WageFreeze Regulations. The Appeal Court judgment said that the fees should be paid from public funds but the Court could not order it. “With the employers, we have gone to great expense over this." Mr Campbell said yesterday. “Neither of us went into it expecting it would get to the Court of Appeal. There should be a Government contribution be-

cause it was of public importance. Someone had to do it. "The Prime Minister has had a rush of blood to the head ... when he has cooled off, he will probably consider our point." Mr Campbell said. The Employers' Federation executive director. Mr J. W. Rowe, said last evening that the federation had not decided whether to ask the Government for assistance.
