Aqua Avia petition
PA Wellington A petition for the windingup of the Aqua Avia Society. Ltd. will be heard in the High Court at Auckland next month, according to the Gazette.
The society has failed in its bid to get its Skybus airline flying. The petition, lodged by the Commissioner of Inland Revenue, is due to be heard on October 6.
