PA Nelson Wellington B beat Nelson Bays, 22-6. in a scrappy representativve rugby match at Trafalgar Park. Nelson, yesterday. A howling wind spoilt the game and a host of errors gave the small crowd little to enthuse about. Wellington B handled the wind better and scored three tries, but rarely got out of
