Villeneuve’s replacement
NZPA-Reuter Maranello, Italy A French racing driver, Patrick Tambay, will replace the Canadian, Gilles Villeneuve, killed in practice for the Belgian Grand Prix last month, as Ferrari’s second
driver. Ferrari said that Tambay, aged 32, would drive alongside his fellowcountryman, Didier Pironi, in the Dutch Grand Prix on June 26 and in the remaining races of the 1982 world Championship season.
