NZPA-Reuter New York The American Mary Decker knocked more than three seconds off her own world indoor record for the women's mile on Friday
night when she won the event in 4min 21.475ec at the Millrose Games in Madison Square GardenMiss Decker had set the previous record of 4:24.6 in Los Angeles three weeks ago.
