Envelopes sell well
The Christchurch Y.M.C.A should be about $30,000 better off after the sale of more than 70,000 mystery envelopes in Christchurch yesterday. About 700 school pupils had helped sell the envelopes during the day and a limited number of sellers had been on the streets last evening. The money raised will go towards improving the facilities at the Y.M.C.A.
