NZPA Moscow The Rumanian gymnast, Nadia Comaneci, will not compete in the world championships, which will start today in Moscow and run until next Sunday. Comaneci, aged 20, made the announcement on Satur-
day at the Olympiski stadium, from where she was watching the Rumanian women’s team in training. Comaneci, the gold medal winner at the Montreal Olympics, isued no further statement.
