Social Credit policies

Sir,—lt has often been stated by people, depending on who they support, that a vote for Social Credit is a vote for the other party. People have been indoctrinated to fear one or the other. They both deceive you into supporting this ridiculous obsolete system, when it has become obvious that despite all the criticisms of each other, the end result is virtually the same. All we have had from them both,' for over 40 years, is ever-increasing debt, taxes and inflation and yet voters fall every election for Labour and National’s promises and then complain for the next three years. But people are now realising why Social Credit is becoming accepted because they are motivated by truth, realism and common sense and more and more people are prepared to vote for Social Credit as it

appears they can’t do any worse than this country’s previous past governments.— Yours, etc., BRYAN L. SMITH. October 27, 1981.
