Selection for N.Z. at stake
PA Auckland There will be more at stake than inter-district rivalry in the Prince of Wales Cup rugby match between Northern and Southern Maoris at the Pukekohe Stadium this afternoon.
The New Zealand Maori side to meet the Springboks in Napier next Tuesday will be named after the game. The Maoris will work up their combination in a match against the Counties representatives in Pukekohe on Saturday.
North has selected a big mobile pack of forwards. Paul Tuoro and Hud Rickit make a formidable line-out combination, and Paul Koteka and John Hughes are as tough as any props in the game.
