Norman breaks leg
PA Ashburton The southern reinsman, Keith Norman, will be out of action for a large part of the 1981-82 season.
Norman badly fractured his leg when playing rugby for a Southland Stroppers team against Mid-Canterbury Stroppers at Rakaia on Sunday.
He was admitted to Ashburton Hospital and the break is such that he is expected to be in traction for three months. Norman was flown to Gore hospital yesterday morning.
