Competition for writers
PA Wellington A National racing writers competition is being held by the Central Districts branch of the New Zeland Racing Writers’ Association.
One prize of $250 will be made to the best article, if no less than 1500 words, on the subject: "What’s wrong with racing — and what should be done.”
Entries, which must be submitted to the association by December 31. 1981. will be judged by Mr Pat Lush and the new Racing Promotions Officer, Mr Russell Collins..
