‘Coup’ was a prank
PA Auckland A stunt by a group of Auckland University students was called off last week. The students supposedly staged a coup and took control of the Students Association while its members were
at a Student Council meeting at Massey University. z But after reports that association finances were jeopardised by the "coup” a spokesman for the students, Mr D. Kirkpatrick, admitted it was “a prank.”
