Injury prevents debut
A knee injury will prevent Dougal Adams from making his Canterbury rugby league debut against Northland on Saturday. Adams will also miss his chance of playing for the South Island against France next Wednesday because of the same injury. Terry Gillman, a former international originally
named only for Canterbury B, will now join Patil Truscott and Alan Rushton in the Canterbury front row, and Lester Wilson remains the forward reserve. No new forward reserve for South Island will be named until after the weekend.
