‘Chopper’ on field
Treble Cone, one of Wanaka’s two ski-fields, will have a helicopter permanently based on the mountain this winter. It will be used at times during ski
schools to teach such things as helicopter safety techniques. Heli-ski-ing will again be available at the field for skiers of a strong intermediate standard.
