No plea to charge
PA Wellington An unemployed man, aged 31, was charged in the District Court at Upper Hutt yesterday morning with the murder of Lynn Elizabeth Meissner at Upper Hutt on May 15. Percy Michael Herewini made no plea to the charge and was remanded in custodv by Judge Graham to July 6 for the taking of depositions. • , k r . Herewini’s’ counsel (Mr G. Kelly) made "no application for continued suppression of
the accused’s name. An interim order .for suppression was made on Saturday when Herewini was first charged.
