PA Auckland The New Zealand Rugby League has asked the Taranaki League to explain why Central Districts used a player still on the books of the Waikato league when it Jost, 2-51, to Manly-Warrin-gah in Sydney last' Wednesday in-the Tooth Cup tournament. The player iir question is Erin Wrathall, who hooked
for the last 20 n linutes of the Sydney match. Bill O’Callghan, Waikato’s delegate to the New Zealand League, confirmed yesterday that the Taniwharau Club had delayed Wrathall’s clearance to the Waitara club. The New Zealand League does not permit a player to switch from league to league without a clearance.
