Man still very ill
The man who fell from the Christchurch City Council’s Lichfield Street carparking building on Monday is still seriously ill in the intensive-care unit at Christchurch Hospital. Alistair Allan Muir, aged 30, of 19 Leinster Road, Merivale, suffered multiple injuries when he fell 15 metres from an upper level of the car-park to the footpath about 10.30 a.m.
