Bus drivers’ stop-work
Christchurch Transport Board buses were off the road yesterday morning while drivers attended the annual meeting of the Christchurch branch*of the Tramway Worker’s Union. The buses started going out of service after 9 a.m. and returned after 1 p.m. Services were back to normal by 2 p.m.
