NZPA Canberra The Australian Government has announced a $1 million grant to the Pacific Forum line' to meet an urgent need for cash. The Minister of Foreign • Affairs (Mr Andrew. Pea- J cock) said Australia had expressed strong reservations about the viability of the line at the recent Commonwealth Heads of Government regional ’ meeting ,in Delhi.
