Fluoridation
Sir, — The Human Rights Commission is no doubt unaware of the true effects of fluoridation. Apart from the fact that sodium fluoride ’does only delay tooth decay in children (research has found that the amount of tooth decay prevalent in older children and adults is even higher in areas with fluoridated water supplies), it is a highly poisonous and corrosive waste product. I strongly urge the Human Rights Commission to research some of the more “advanced countries’ ” decisions -to cease fluoridating their own water supplies. Once we have been brainwashed into accepting mass medication in the form of fluoridation, •we shall have lost a vital part of that which distinguishes , us from communism — namely, freedom of choice.- — Yours, etc. .
