The grant includes a subsidy of $lO,OOO from the national projects scheme of the Ministry of Recreation and Sport, and a grant of $20,000 plus a guarantee against loss of up to $lO,OOO, from lottery profits as distributed by the Minister of Internal Affairs (Mr Highet). The tour will take place from September to No-
