Fouroux appeal hearing

The appeal by the connections of Fouroux against his relegation from first to second in the New Zealand Sapling Stakes at Ashburton on May 31 is unlikely to be completed until the latter part of July. The appeal hearing will be opened in Christchurch late this month and adjourned to a date to be agreed on by counsel for both parties. The Trotting Conference has appointed Mr E. A. Lee (Christchurch), Mr D. I. Macdonald (Wellington) and Mr P. F. O’Brien (Blenheim) to hear the appeal.
