Musgrove dispute

Sir, — 1 see that efforts to suppress and control Musgrove Brothers continue. The unionist chooses to think that his improvement lies in coercive interference in the legitimate activities of others. Does he really believe that in the long run he

will be better off if he continues to support a nationwide transport monopoly manipulated from within and without by individuals whose aims in life are very clearly stated in the communist manifesto? New Zealanders are suffering to the extent that collectivism exists in government, organised labour and business. Mr Vickers obviously recognises that if he does not take a stand now against this insanity he may well not have the choice shortly. The freedom tide will only turn if enough individuals take the same stand. The future freedom of each one of us is at stake. — Yours, etc., JOHN J. KELLY. June 3, 1980.
