Sir, — How hollowly ring the phrases of the Concerned Parents, when held up for inspection by A. K. Grant. Defenceless against his sad and accurate mockery, with what . desperation they rally to the attack. Attacking him, not what he said. Inadequacy and embarrassment, imaginarj' shame, conditioned guilt . . . these are private misfortunes, blamable on the previous generation of Concerned Parents.
