Dairies get right to sell stamps
PA . Wellington Special stamp booklets would be available next week for resale by dairies, hotels, motels and other retailers who want to sell them, said the PostmasterGeneral (Mr Couch) yesterday. This would make it more convenient for people to obtain stamps after hours. The booklets will contain 10 14e stamps. The recommended resale price will be $1.54. Ordinary stamp booklets will still be available from post offices during normal business hours. The cost, of booklets bought at post offices will be the face value of $1.40
