N.Z, policy on Iran
Sir, — New Zealand should not follow United States foreign policy and stop trade with Iran. Trade with Iran means jobs and incomes for those in the meat industry. The hostage crisis is the result of United States foreign policy towards Iran over decades. United States arms and oil monopolies reaped super profits at the expense of the Iranian people. A just and independent New Zealand foreign policy would support the aspirations of the Iranian people for control over their own economic and political destiny. — Yours, etc ROBYN BLACK.
