Rapist kills 29
The Zambian police had offered a 1000 kwachr ($1300) reward for informa tion leading to the arrest o a sex killer who has mur dered 29 young women ir Lusaka in the last thre months. The reward was of fered after the body of th latest victim was found. Th police say the victims ar aged between 15 and 20 an most have been raped an strangled and left near foo' paths crossing overgrow wasteland around the city.Lusaka.
