Information lack?
“Sir, — “The Press” of March 26 contains a report that “American athletes are being kept in the dark and were misinformed that Britain had withdrawn from the Games. They thought the vote in Parliament meant we were now training for their alternative games. They are not being told the true story. They did not realise that" Europe is against a boycott.” If this is true, how accurate is the information being fed to us and the American people concerning Afghanistan? — Yours, etc., H. COX.
