Winner gets snatch
A Form 4 pupil at Aranui High School, Heather Dodge, could be $4OOO richer after one minute’s work in Cathedral Square this afternoon.
She is 'flae winner- of radio station 3ZB’s “Catch-Snatch” promotion campaign in which more than 2800 Christchurch people have participated in the last month. About 12.45 p.m. today Heather Dodge will be given one minute in which to
“snatch” as much, money as! she can from a pile of more) than $4OOO in $1 notes froml a container on a stage in thd Square.
She learned of her win inj a telephone call from 3ZBI on Wednesday, which wa£ also her fourteenth birthday. “I have been practising with my brother, Nigel, to see how many, bits of paper! about the size of a dollar! note I can get into myj arms,” she said yesterday.
