Petrol halved
The Ghana Government has announced stricter measures to conserve depleted fuel supplies after a Nigerian decision to reduce shipments of crude oil on credit to Ghana. The Fuel and Power Commissioner (Professor George Bennah) told a press conference that the petrol allocation for private motorists would be halved to 40 litres a week. — Accra.
