30 named in squad
A squad of 30 players has | been named by the Canterbury j women's hockey selectors from I v.hich Canterbury representative' teams for the season will be] chosen. The four New Zealand repre-i sentatives from Canterbury — Pat Barwick. Shirley Haig. Judith ■ Phillips and Lesley Shankland —i are not included. They will be overseas with the New Zealand' side at the time of the national' tournament in Wellington where Canterbury will defend the K Cup. which it holds jointly with North Shore. Three former New Zealand players are included in the squad. They are Anne McKenna, Lynne Schulz and Adrienne Alleway. The squad named by the selectors. Mrs M. Jenkins, Mrs D. Copley and Miss T.
